If you had success with someone, doesn't it make sense to do it again? That's what Lee
Perkins thought when Justin Paul Ritter asked him to do a voice for his animated horror film
THE LIVING CORPSE. It's based on the comic of the same name, which was created by
Ken Haeser and Buz Hasson. Morris Ruskin from Shoreline is producing the animated flick.
Perkins is playing Timmons, who is the Administrator of the East Bend Boarding School
where displaced children end up. The photo attached above is from a recording session. In
THE LIVING CORPSE a somewhat self-aware zombie takes it upon himself to keep the rest
of the walking dead at bay.

In other Perkins news, LIVE EVIL had its premiere last month in LA and now has set its
sights on the other coast, screening in NYC (10/8), Tampa (10/17), Orlando (10/18) and
St Pete (10/26). Also a period baseball film that Perkins is in (Gandhi at the Bat) just won
one of the top honors at the Baseball Hall of Fame. Film critic Jeffrey Lyons liked it and
said he was going to give a copy to Ben Kingsley. Sure, it's not horror...but it's still great
news. We'll have more on THE LIVING CORPSE for you in the near future.
