The Southern New Jersey based film production company Shattered Dreams Productions
are preparing their latest film Omega One for touring. The film is Directed by Pablo
Maysonet IV. Pablo has professionally directed 5 other films including the companys first
horror feature DeadHouse which is under distribution through Brain Damage Films.
Shattered Dreams Productions is the brain child of Pablo Maysonet IV and Omega One is
the companys official 2nd major horror feature. The film includes up and coming actors
Jake Errickson and Jessah Diaz as well as a cast of 25.

The story takes place in modern day where a secret society selects 14 juvenile convicts
to compete in a tournament called Omega One. The goal is simple, survive the tournament
and the winner regains their freedom with their records wiped clean. They are each given
one completely random weapon to defend themselves from other competitors. They are
then let loose on over 20 acres of land. However, they are secured with magnetically
plated boots and explosive tracking collars to keep them in line. The complication is that
they are only given 48 hours to complete the tournament. If there are more than one
players remaining at the end of the game, all their collars will detonate. The battlefield is
riddled with puzzles called Death Traps which if overcome, will give the player an
advanced weapon to compete with. If not, the trap will bring about a violent and amusing
death. But unknowingly to them, the society is displaying this tournament to very wealthy
investors from which they gamble on the lives of each convict.

Independently financed, the film had taken 4 months to prepare and wrapped shooting in a
stunning 10 days. It had been over a year since the companies last feature DeadHouse
had been filmed, and the production nearly tripled since then. Everything from the sets,
props, and death traps had been designed and built by Pablo and his production team. The
film was Executive Produced by Shaun Israel and Eli Vazquez both who are newcomers to
filmmaking. Shaun Israel had starred as the clown masked Victor in the Shattered Dreams
film DeadHouse and is a childhood friend of Pablo Maysonet IV. This is his first film to help
produce and is now a writer and creative developer for the company. Eli Vazquez took his
first leap into film and took the role as Unit Production Manager for the feature. The film
was shot entirely in New Jersey in the cities of Norma and Vineland. Vineland being
hometown of Pablo Maysonet IV, Shaun Israel and Eli Vazquez. The production took over
14 hours a day shooting. Some days which were from 7am to 11pm. It was shot with an
estimated budget of over $20,000 with its cast & crew ranging in location from local New
Jersey to New York. More information can be seen on the companys website:
