Fangoria got a hold of the first pictures from the upcoming SISTERS remake. Scripted by
the director and John Freitas, the movie stars HOUSE OF VOICES’ Lou Doillon as Angelique,
a sheltered young woman under the care of a controlling psychiatrist; when a reporter
begins looking into the doctor’s activities with the help of Angelique’s unsuspecting love
interest, Dr. Dylan Wallace, she winds up witnessing a bloody killing and discovering
shocking truths about Angelique. The movie also stars JR Bourne, Serge Houde, Alistair
Abell, Gabrielle Rose and William B. Davis.

Buck also gave Fangoria the scoop that the movie will be completed in Vancouver by
October 10. The film will be in the Official Competition at the Sitges International Film
Festival in Spain, and screen three times during October 13-14.
"I’m quite excited about
the film,"
Buck tells Fango. "I feel each step—including an additional insert shoot day, the
sound mix and now the color timing of the print—has had a distinct and positive impact,
clearly elevating the experience of the movie. I’m very pleased with the film and look
forward to audience reaction at this point."
