Jake Manley and More Join the Cast of Creepers Horror Film
Climbers follows two rival groups as they battle supernatural forces in an old hotel – and the cast has just been confirmed.
Climbers is based on a novel by Rambo designer David Morell. Released in 2006, it follows a group of young urban explorers out to investigate a spooky, abandoned hotel. However, the same night, a rival group of hostile explorers target the same location.
They soon fight not only against each other, but against a vicious supernatural force that resides in the hotel, as they search for a horde of hidden treasures.
The ensemble cast includes Jake Manley as Rick, the Creepers’ official leader, Adeline Rudolph as Diane, the band’s unofficial leader, and Francesca Reale as Cora, a parkour expert. Laurence O’Fuarain joins the cast as Balenger, a stranger with a secret, alongside Nicholas Hamilton who will play Tod, the sadistic leader of rival band The Scavengers. Also cast are Javier Botet, Skylan Brooks and Kai Caster as JD.
Marc Klasfeld, known for his music video direction, will direct the project and Stephen Susco is writing the screenplay. Production is set to start this week in Bulgaria, and we’ll bring you more news as we hear it.
