Comedy show set

Calista LaBolle will headlining at the Savage Henry Comedy Club on Friday at 9 p.m. The show also stars Eric Fitzgerald, along with Stephanie Knowles and is hosted by Josh Barnes. Tickets are $ 15 and are available on or at the doorstep, 415 Fifth St., Eureka. LaBolle’s style of comedy brings humor to the horrors of dating in Humboldt County and also explores the silliness of life in general. She uses comedy as a way to overcome life’s challenges and also incorporates her love of singing into her jokes. Big Picture Movies will present an outdoor screening of the classic 1978 rock ‘n’ roll film “Grease” on Saturday at Redwood Acres, 3750 Harris St. in Eureka. Concessions and toilets will be available. Doors open at 7:30 p.m. and the show time is at 8:50 p.m. Classic cars from before 1980 will benefit from free parking by paying at the door.
